Pam Johnston
I am running for commissioner because I love Mount Pleasant and I want to preserve what is special about our town while, at the same time, being strategic about growth. Growth is coming, but we need to make sure that it serves all the people to the best of our ability.
Education
I believe the top priorities for most residents in Mount Pleasant are, Infrastructure, growth, and education. / want to learn as much as I can about all three and work very hard to represent the residents the best I can.
Economy
​ It's important to know what items are the responsibility of the county, and what funds and grants are out there for us to go after as a small town in Tennessee that is growing.

I am at just about every event that occurs in Mount Pleasant. I have included my picture on my flyers so folks can get to know my face and who I am. I am always walking around town and open to chat with anyone at anytime.
